You can obtain a credit balance through Tabby up to 5,000 riyals. The available balance depends on several factors such as the type of products you purchase through Tabby, the stores you purchase from and your purchasing habits with Tabby.

How do I pay in installments with Tabby?

very simple. You shop normally and when you reach the purchase/payment page, you choose installments with Tabby, and during your purchase you will pay 35% of the value of the basket as an advance payment and the rest in 3 monthly installments. Without fees.

What happens if I cannot make my payments on time?

Tabby encourages responsible spending habits so every purchase is reviewed before approval. You will receive periodic messages before your payment due dates, reminding you to pay on time. If you cannot collect the amounts due on the payment due day, you will not be able to make further purchases until your late payments are paid. A late fee of 15 riyals will be added 15 days after you receive the order. If you are late with payment for an additional two weeks, an additional late fee of 30 riyals will be applied, and after 4 weeks have passed from the payment date, a late fee of 60 riyals will be applied.

How do I pay using the Tabby app?

Download the Tabby application on your mobile phone and log in using the same number you used to purchase at My Scarf. Tabby will show you your purchases and remaining installments. You can add any credit or debit card to the Tabby application and start paying in monthly installments.
