Return and exchange policy


  • Returns: * Does not include international orders.

The customer has the right to return the product within 24 hours only of receiving the product.

  1. Outside Riyadh: The customer bears the delivery fee of 30 riyals and the return fee of 30 riyals. 60 riyals
  2. Within Riyadh: The customer bears the delivery fee of 20 riyals and the return fee of 20 riyals. 40 riyals.
  • The cash on delivery fee of 20 riyals is non-refundable (if the order is cash on delivery).


- If shipping is free, the customer will bear the original shipping fees and the return shipping fees.


Niqabs, shawls, abayas, trousers, blouses, and head coverings are non-refundable.


The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any defects or damage.


Any product that is modified at the customer’s request cannot be exchanged or returned.


My Scarf will bear the return fees if the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect in the product or a difference in size on its part.


- You can exchange/return discount or offer products, but you will lose the discount value and must pay the difference.

MyScarf will bear the replacement fees if the reason for the replacement is a manufacturing defect in the product or a difference in size on its part.


- Replacement procedures at MyScarf do not begin until the product has been received from the customer and verified.


- MyScarf is not responsible for product delays at the shipping company during exchange.


The product will be replaced within 7 to 14 working days after verifying the validity of the replaced product.
